These are the terms for using 123Chair — booking and back-office software for barbers, at 123chair.com and in the 123Chair iOS app. By creating an account or booking through a 123Chair page, you agree to them.
123Chair gives a barber or shop a booking page, a schedule, client records, and bookkeeping for payments and booth rent. 123Chair records payments; it does not process them. Money moves between you and your clients (or your renters) outside 123Chair, by whatever method you both use.
Don't use 123Chair to spam, harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone; don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service; don't try to reach another shop's data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.
123Chair is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for missed appointments, lost bookings, or disputes between shops, barbers, and clients. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid 123Chair in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the service and these terms. If a change to the terms matters, we will say so on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use 123Chair after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where 123Chair's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
