Privacy Policy

Effective August 7, 2026

123Chair is booking and back-office software for barbers. This policy says what we store, why, and what happens when you want it gone. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we store

What we don't do

Who touches the data

123Chair runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database, in the United States), and Apple delivers push notifications to iPhones. Both act only as infrastructure — they process data to run the service and for no other reason. There is no other third party.

Your clients' data belongs to your shop

A client's name and number are given to the shop they booked with. 123Chair stores them on the shop's behalf; the shop decides how they are used. If you are a client and want your details corrected or removed, ask the shop you booked with — or email us and we will help.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. It is immediate and permanent.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Every request is checked against the signed-in account, and one shop can never read another's data.

Children

123Chair is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new effective date.
